Our first award for building excellence in the delivery of outstanding construction and workmanship. We were marked as Highly Commended for this award upon completion of our luxury cottages and we are proud that our efforts and workmanship were so highly regarded by the panel.
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and our site has been built to enable easy booking of both our cottages. Whilst we work hard to offer a seamless booking experience, our cottages are also offered for rent with selected quality letting agents. To ensure that we do not double book any period you can book and pay your deposit on our site but the reservation is not part of a legally binding contract until we confirm acceptance of your booking and receipt of your payment. We will do this by email or telephone within 24 hours of receiving your booking. This is a safeguard against simultaneous bookings of the same property, which although very rare, are possible even on automated systems. We appreciate your understanding and co-operation in what we hope you will appreciate is a genuine attempt to ensure full customer satisfaction. In the extremely rare event of a duplication we will of course refund any deposit paid immediately we become aware of the issue.
